The living world and a respect for nature is at the heart of our approach. Our dedication can be seen in the way that we cultivate our vines. Here we pay particularly close attention to the quality and development of soil life. The interaction between the living world of the earth and the vines’ roots play a vital role when it comes to their growth.
We put all our focus on the well-being of our vines and their harmonious development. In our search for balance, we rely on observing the vines, on analysing their needs and on environmental phenomena to respond to their sensitivity to disease. By respecting a precise calendar and applying biodynamic preparations, we can reinforce the vines’ immune system and improve their natural defences.
This practice also helps to boost the living world by increasing exchanges between the soil and the vines’ roots and to active photosynthesis by strengthening the vines’ foliage. Biodynamic agriculture definitely bring some beneficial solutions to the vines.

Le « Coteaux Champenois » multi cépage « blanc » sort des codes habituels. Il est vinifié à la méthode champenoise et comporte cinq cépages.
Du fruité, de la matière avec une belle minéralité.

À l’apéritif et tout au long d’un repas avec crustacées, poissons, viandes blanches et fromages.
