Champagne Schreiber


Sensitive, curious and dedicated, Erick SCHREIBER marks his generation with his convictions.

He carefully observes, analyses and studies the cultivation of vines and the soil. He experiments with different champagne-making processes. He is constantly searching for ways to improve his work.

Conscious of the influences of the cosmos on nature, using biodynamic agricultural methods was a matter of course for him. Biodynamic agriculture, improves the soil, helps to balance soil life and produces more intense, more complex champagnes.

Passionate about nature since he was a young child, he spent his formative years in a rural, wine-growing area. This sensitivity and awareness of the natural environment never left him. He trained in wine-growing and eventually established his vineyard in the 1980s.
